Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM. No parties, fireworks, or weapons are allowed on the premises at any time. Smoking and vaping of any kind are prohibited on the premises. Illegal substances and activities are prohibited. ✹ ROAD CONDITIONS - We are located on beautiful Bryce Mountain with narrow and windy roads. Like many other mountain homes, our driveway is steep. We highly recommend a 4-wheel drive, particularly in the winter. Drive carefully! ✹ RENTAL AGREEMENT - Upon booking, guests will be required to sign a property rental agreement with the house rules. No door codes will be given without this. ✹ PET POLICY - We allow a maximum of 2 house-trained, well-behaved dogs that are vaccinated and tick/flea-free for a flat fee of $125. Pets must be disclosed to us at the time of booking (there is a $500 fee if we find any undisclosed animals). Pets are not allowed on any furniture or the hot tub. Any pets left home alone must be in a crate. By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage, pest control, extra cleaning, or liability your dog(s) cause during the stay.
